Make five sizes of resin rings, each with a puffed heart top all from one clear silicone mold! Straight from the husband and wife team at House of Molds in Italy, this clear silicone mold allows you to see through the mold so you can see exactly what you are doing while you are making resin rings. It's great for knowing where to place your embedments or for finding bubbles to release. Being able to see through the mold means fewer mistakes and ruined rings!
This hand-poured clear silicone ring mold is built last. You will be able to use the mold dozens of times. The mold is open on one side of the ring, allowing for easy demolding.
This mold will produce castings with 5 different sizes, USA ring sizes 6 1/2, 7 1/2, 8 and 9 1/2 and 10. The top of the ring is 2 cm by 2 cm. The band is 0.7 cm at the narrowest point.
Wondering how you use this clear silicone heart top ring mold with resin?
Step 1: Use a casting resin. The Resin Obsession super clear resin is a great choice for projects like this. The ring band won't soften with body heat!
Step 2: Include your favorite resin colors or other neat stuff in the resin.
Step 3: Once cured, demold the ring by peeling the mold away from the ring surface.
These flexible silicone rubber molds can be used with many materials, such as epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, wax, soap, precious metal clay, fimo clay, concrete, cement, and more.
