DO YOU HAVE A FOOD SAFE RESIN?
Yes! The Alumilite Amazing Clear cast epoxy resin is considered FDA food safe once cured. It can be found in several sizes here: https://shop.resinobsession.com/collections/resin/alumilite This resin is designated as FDA food safe once cured as per FDA CFR 177.2600. Resin must be mixed 1:1 by volume (not weight) in a smooth sided cup to ensure complete blending. Allow a full 7 day cure before using castings for food purposes. Pieces are suitable for cold or warm food contact only. Cured pieces are not dishwasher, microwave oven or conventional oven safe. This resin can also ship worldwide without any shipping restrictions.
I WOULD LIKE TO USE FLOWERS IN RESIN. HOW DO I DO THAT?

HOW MUCH RESIN SHOULD I MIX FOR MY PROJECT?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take phone orders at this time. If you are having difficulty placing an order, please email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to help you complete your order.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship orders the same day, but it may take up to two business days to ship your order. We ship orders Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. We are closed on major holidays, such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Customers should also be aware that the postal service does not pick up packages on federal holidays.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends. You will be given options at checkout based upon your delivery address, weight of items in your cart, taking into consideration any shipping restrictions some of our products may have. WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are determined by weight of items in your cart and delivery address. You can get an estimate of what those charges may be on our shipping policies page.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Customers residing outside the United States should be prepared to pay duty taxes on their order. All orders shipping outside the U.S. will have a customs form detailing the order contents. We will not mark your order as a gift. Click here for a duty tax calculator which may be helpful in helping you determine taxes on your order.
I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO?
Please be sure to check the package tracking information sent to you via email/text/messenger when your order shipped. While we make every effort to get packages shipped in a timely fashion, they can sometimes be delayed for circumstances outside our control. Resin Obsession does not consider packages lost until the post office says it has been delivered or the post office shows it still has not been delivered twenty-one days past the expected delivery date and forty-five to sixty days past the expected delivery date for international customers. International customers should also be aware that duty taxes owed on their order will delay delivery. For orders shipped with insurance, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. If your order fails to reach you because you provided an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to charge to resend the order to you.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION I CAN VISIT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to receive customers at our physical location at this time.
DO YOU HAVE A PRINT CATALOG?
Our offerings are changing all the time! Sadly, a print catalog would be out of date within minutes of being printed. Our online store is the most up-to-date way to see our complete line of resin crafting supplies.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
We work with qualified brick and mortar businesses that also share our passion for resin crafting. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your business information, including a valid sales tax/reseller’s license.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes, we do. While we don’t have pickup available at our office location, we do offer pickup at a convenient location off of the 2400 block of NW 43rd St in Gainesville. Pickup orders require 1 additional business day to be ready. Please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order if you would like to exercise the pickup option.
