Great Starter Mold for New Dicecasters

I'm newer to dicecasting and I'm experimenting with different styles of molds, this one is a sprue mold! The mold itself is sturdy and is easy to clean. The results are a die that are super shiny so require next to no polishing and they have tiny manageable sprues. If you're looking to do inclusions I would try a different kind of mold as this one makes it difficult with it's small opening. Overall, I would buy another!

Make your own D20 resin dice with sparkle and shine.  Use acrylic paint to highlight the numbers after demolding the dice castings.  Keep them for yourself or make resin dice to sell!

These clear silicone dice molds are handmade by the team at House of Molds in Italy.  You won't find molds like these anywhere else!

This twenty sided mold has an extra sharp edge to make sure your dice cast crisply.  Plus, the mold has a split to allow easy demolding after resin curing.

Looking for other dice molds in this same style?  Be sure to check out the entire set of extra sharp sided silicone dice molds.

What makes the clear silicone so great?  You can see exactly where to place your embedments.  The clear silicone also makes it easier to find bubbles. Being able to see through the mold means fewer mistakes!

Resin crafters will need to finish the dice post-demolding to get a perfect edge.  Beginners should expect to use these molds several times to learn how to get perfect dice.

How do you use the extra-sharp sided dice molds?

Step 1:  Secure the mold closed with packing tape.

Step 2:  Mix and pour a casting resin into the mold opening.  Set aside to cure.

Step 3:  Remove the tape, open your mold, and remove your resin di.  Finish as necessary.

These flexible silicone rubber molds can be used with many materials, such as epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, wax, soap, precious metal clay, fimo clay, concrete, cement, and more.

Example dice are not included with purchase.
