Make resin snowflakes to decorate your home for the holidays! You will love how shiny and sparkly resin snowflakes are made with this mold.
Large mold: Use this snowflake mold to craft Christmas ornaments or suncatchers to hang in a window. The cast in place hole at the top has ample room for you to hang these snowflakes on a cord or ribbon.
Make three different designs of snowflakes with this mold. Resin snowflakes made with this silicone resin snowflakes mold measure 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches wide and 2 to 2 1/4 inches tall. Snowflake charms are 3/8 inches deep. The cast in place hole at the snowflake tip has a 1/8 inch opening.
Using this silicone mold to make resin snowflakes is as easy as:
1. Mixing and pouring resin.
2. Filling the snowflake mold with the resin and other fun stuff.
3. Demolding your resin snowflake and wondering where you will hang it!
Samples shown were with the clear casting resin, Resin Obsession transparent blue pigment, Resin Obsession opaque blue pigment mixed with Resin Obsession opaque white pigment, and assorted glitters.
For the best results and to help your mold last, apply a fine mist of resin mold release thirty minutes or longer before filling with resin.

I was surprised when I received a request to review this mold because it is not the same as the one I ordered (actually I ordered 2). As you can see in the attached picture my mold doesn’t have the attachment ring like the one shown in the review request - I wish it did. I made 3 different earrings with the mold. It was difficult to drill holes in them because of the facets. Just not real easy to work with, guessing the one with built-in attachment holes would be easier.
Hi Happy, thanks for taking the time to share your insight and mold picture. You're right -- drilling resin can be tedious and I'm sorry to read that using this mold was frustrating for you. In checking up on this, it looks like you got the small molds, without the rings, which are the ones you ordered. I saddened to hear these weren't the molds you were expecting. We certainly don't want any other customers to experience this and will be reaching out to you to know what we can do better to prevent this in the future.
