What do you do when you want to create resin pendants in multiple styles, but don't want to invest in multiple molds? You resin cast with this eight cavity resin pendant mold!
This mold makes 8 shapes that are in the size range of 1 1/4 inches to 1 5/8 inches across and 1 1/4 to 1 5/8 inches tall. All pendants are 1/4 to 3/8 inches deep.
The flexible silicone rubber means you can use this mold over and over. The clear silicone allows you to see exactly where to place your glitter, charms and other fun things. Seeing through the mold means you will make fewer mistakes!
How do you use this silicone cabochon pendant mold to make resin pendants?
Step 1: Measure and mix a clear casting resin specially made for molds.
Step 2: Make the resin sparkle by adding resin colors, glitters, charms, found items -- anything really -- then pouring it into the pendant mold.
Step 3: Demold and finish with glue-on bails. Then, wear on a necklace.
For easy demolding and to prolong mold life, we recommend applying a light mist of resin silicone mold release to the mold surface 30 minutes or longer before filling with resin.
Pendants shown were made with the Resin Obsession super clear resin, Resin Obsession pigments, alcohol inks for resin, glitters, pearl powder and beads.
