"Crystal clear! I’m a beginner and I was very nervous about using resin for my first time because of all the horror stories of things that can go wrong. This product is now my go-to. It is odorless and hardens clear. I will be buying it again." -- Carrie M., Ohio

Although I had issues with micro-bubbles the first few times I used this resin, I liked the hardness of the cure, how fast it cures, and the single mix, so I persevered (with some suggestions from Katherine.) I live in eastern WA and the house never gets very warm in winter, but I've found that if I mix the resin in very hot but not-quite-boiling water it mixes much more easily and the bubbles are much less of an issue. I still get a few, but I have yet to do a deep cast where I don't have a few, so I'll live with them for the other good qualities of this resin. Definitely a keeper!
I am new to resin. This was the second brand I tried. I am thrilled with the results achieved. It is easy to use. It makes lovely molded items. I will definitely be buying more.
I've worked with other 2 part resins and UV resin before and was a bit intimidated by a 2:1 resin. Turns out, this is super easy to use and work with. My first test pieces came out great! I liked it so much I ordered a larger bottle since I can't stop buying silicone molds, lol!
I have already used both my orders of this resin. One came in a kit. I am now using another brand of casting resin and while it does work and harden it is very unpredictable when it comes to a pot time and the bubbles. I can hardly wait to get it used all up so I can order more Resin Obsession super clear epoxy casting resin. Also, the shipping was fast as all my orders have been. Thank you Resin Obsession for the great line of products and the customer service as well. I'm learning so much about using resin too. The tutorials and articles are the best.
I ordered this product after careful on-line review. I needed some resin that dried hard, very clear and in very thin (approx 1/16") parts. I preheated the silicone rubber mold to around 100 degrees F, as well as preheated the rein and hardener bottles inside a ziploc bag resting in 100F water for 10 minutes. I then poured the mixed resin into the mold -- because of the extreme thin pieces, I gave it 24 hours in the paint pressure pot I used for casting. Eerything turned out great the first time!
