This is a hand-soldered item. The amount of solder and the placement of the loop may vary from piece to piece.

Outer dimension measurements (includes ring at top): 21.3mm x 12.2mm x 3.8mm.  The hole opening is 3.1 mm

Inner dimension measurements: 11.8mm x 9mm x 3.8mm

The bezel is 3.0 mm deep.  Sold per each.
