Finished resin frames measure 3 3/4 inches wide by 4 1/4 inches tall by 3/4 inches deep. The example frame was made with Resin Obsession deep pour epoxy, beach shells, sand, and a sealed photo.
Here's how you make a resin frame with this heart-shaped silicone mold:
Step 1: Mix and pour your resin designed for molds.
Step 2: Pour into the mold, adding a sealed picture to the heart side. Add in dried flowers, shells or other fun mementos.
Step 3. Demold both pieces, then secure them in place with a dot of E6000 adhesive.
To make sure your castings pop out easily, apply a light mist of mold release at least thirty minutes before filling the mold with epoxy.
