Years ago, I tried the Castin CraftTM pigments, and no matter what I did I couldn’t get any resin to fully cure with them. Since then I avoided opaque pigments entirely, choosing to use mica powders whenever I needed dense color. I’m so glad I took a chance on these, they’re phenomenal.  -- Ariel P., Brooklyn, NY

Best opaque pigments I’ve ever used!

Years ago, I tried the castin craft pigments, and no matter what I did I couldn’t get any resin to fully cure with them. Since then I avoided opaque pigments entirely, choosing to use mica powders whenever I needed dense color. I’m so glad I took a chance on these, they’re phenomenal. They are a bit dark, they mix well but you have to be careful they don’t get muddy. However, they play nicely with transparent resin dyes, so it’s easy to brighten them up by supplementing with those.

They’re also huge! I can’t imagine I’ll use these up if I spend 5 years trying! A little goes a long way. The best part, is that they (and all RO products) come with nozzles. Oh my god what a difference a nozzle makes.

Oh gosh, Ariel. Thank you so much!

I purchased the set. They are really nice colors. You can also use a tiny amount for a translucent tint
