You can't make this deep pour epoxy cure with bubbles. (We know because customers have tried.)  This thick pour epoxy cures slowly, avoiding cracking and cloudiness, making it perfect for your thick pour projects. Air bubbles don't have a chance!

And with the slow cure time, you'll have extra time to pour additional layers. That's right -- kiss those layer seam lines BUH-BYE.

What makes this deep pour epoxy so awesome?

  • Pour up to two inches thick at once.  You can pour fewer layers, which means fewer chances for mistakes.
  • Meets the highest level of safety standards.  Conforms to ASTM D-4236. Free of VOCs.
  • Made in the USA.
  • 90 days (or less!) fresh. We craft our epoxy in small amounts to ensure you get resin that doesn't look like a random urine sample.

I love this stuff! I cannot say enough about this resin! It’s everything I needed and more! I went through so many other resins before seeing this. I’m glad I gave it a try. -- Patty P., Westminster, CO

How do you use this deep pour epoxy resin?

Step 1:  Mix two parts A to one part B. Mix at least 2 ounces of Part A with 1 ounce of Part B, but no more than a total of 3 gallons at once.

Step 2:  Stir for two to five minutes until streaks are gone, and the mix is clear. The resin is fluid for 30 to 90 minutes depending on the thickness of your project.

Step 3:  Cast in a mold, wood table, or other open space with sides. Allow 2 to 3 days for a 90% cure. What starts out as a resin liquid turns into something as clear as glass. And with UV resistance too.

RESIN TOPPED A WOOD KNOBBY END TABLE

I PREPPED THE TOP OF THE TABLE WITH MOD PODG AS INSTRUCTED. WAITED ABOUT A WEEK TO BE SURE IT WAS DRY. I MEASURED FOR THE ANOUNT OF RESIN THAT I WOULD NEED TO FILL A 20” MOLD HALF WAY BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO TURN THE TABLE UPSIDE DOWN AND IT’S HEAVY AND I HAD HELP. I CALCULATED I WOULD NEED 3.5 QTS OF RESIN TO FILL MOLD HALF WAY SO I POURED IT THEN WAITED ABOUT 3 HRS FOR IT TO THICKEN THEN TURNED THE TABLE UPSIDE DOWN
CAREFULLY THERE WAS ABOUT .5 CUP OVERFLOW. CURED IT FOR 24 HRS. AS YOU CAN SEE IT TURNED OUT GREAT I THINK. I WANT TO TOP IT WITH ANOTHER LAYER OF RESIN USING DOMING RESIN.

Oh wow, Norma Jean. We're so impressed with your skills. What an amazing table!

Good stuff!

This is the most consistent resin I have used to date. Mixed and cured properly, it gives fantastic results. For large pours, this is what you have been waiting for!

Consistent results

After trying so many different brands of reading with inconsistent results I am super happy to have finally discovers this deep pour resin. I love that it takes 3 days to fully cure. Each day produces different effects when using colorants due to the viscosity changes as it cures. I find that this produces very interesting 3D effects for the final design.

Great product!

This is the first time I have used this particular type of resin so I wasn't sure what to expect. I wanted to get into more deep pours but was having trouble with bubbles. I found out I was using the wrong type of resin and this was what I needed. I can't be more pleased with the results. It turns out very clear and bubble free. I had no problems with any of my pours, no stickiness, nothing. I am definitely buying this again.

We love hearing this Lori! We're excited to know the deep pour resin was the magic you needed to bring your vision to life. Thanks for sharing this with us!

First resin project... NOT disappointed!

My project was a bit... weird. I was filling a bottle with resin in an attempt to shield & protect electronics as well as diffuse light generated by those electronics.

For my application, I wanted there to be more bubbles. I will say that try as I may to put more bubbles into the resin, most of them floated up and out. I also had to pour multiple layers of the resin and the first couple I was able to avoid an obvious line, the last pour however, I could not. (I think I waited too long for the last layer to cure.)

Net-net, this resin worked GREAT for my project, and now I have a good amount left over to practice / play with other projects...
