Hear what one customer has to say about using Resin Obsession super clear resin:
I am very excited to send this e-mail to you! As you know I was having some problems with another resin I was using, when it came to big items that was sanded not being clear. Well I just tried your new Super Clear Resin and it ROCKS! I just got done with 2 test bangles and they turned out great. I did exactly the same thing I did with the other resin and yours is super clear! I am so excited! I was hesitant about switching resins because I am new to resin and had worked out some of the kinks with the other resin when it came to bubbles. Each resin is a little different to work with (I hear). But I am so happy I tried yours.
Cured clear and hard, degassed well, came out of the molds beautifully.
I was a bit scared about trying this because I am new to resin but it worked great. Better than what I had purchased in the store.
Thanks so much. I am now a permanent customer.
And I have never seen such fast shipping.
This is my absolute favorite resin! A good friend recommended it when I first started using resin and I have been using it ever since! The only times I had issues it was because I didn't mix the resin well enough (user error, not the resins fault!)
I have been working with resin since 2013 with great success using Envirotex. little-windows and ICE so I am not a newbie. I followed the instructions to the letter as I always do. First time the resin set but while hard it had the oil slick finish like the resin didn't mix. Next time the resin was cloudy and the third time, making sure the humidity was low and the resin was warmer and mixing longer it didn't set up at all, literally ruining 5 beautiful silicone molds. Right now I am not sure I want to even finish the rest of it because now I have to re-order the molds and the resin has cost me not only the cost of the resin but the cost of the molds, so I am going back to ICE and little-windows. It costs more but it is worth it, it is consistent every single time. I think I will mix it up in a measuring cup and then throw it away.
