Resin Obsession toobies for resin casting are great for creating holes in your resin without drilling holes. Just embed toobies between layers of your resin castings. Once cured, clean any resin that seeped into toobie.
The inner diameter of the toobie can fit a 20 gauge wire.
How to Use
How do you use Resin Obsession toobies?
Step 1: Pour your resin into half of the mold and let it cast.
Step 2: Cut your toobie to the exact size that you need it to be (the length of the mold--be careful not to cut the toobie too short--you want a nice, tight fit) and place it in the mold where you would normally have drilled your hole.
Step 3: When your entire piece is cast and out of the mold you will end up with a hole in your cast that is perfect for a bead and you didn't even have to drill a hole!

These are great for items you don't want to (or can't easily) drill holes in. Example below of some earrings I did with them. Keep in mind they can be seen in transparent colors- they look frosted like it would if you were to drill but for darker or opaque shades they blend right in. They fit my regular head and eye pins just fine, or up to 1mm wire if you are careful not to get resin in the ends and accidentally plug the holes. Trim slightly wider or longer than your mold opening to avoid this, and you're golden. I will definitely repurchase when I run out!
