Make a sugar skull with delicate features for Halloween or Day of the Dead celebrations.  Easily highlight the details of the castings with acrylic paint or ink.

Sugar skull charms will be 2 1/4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and 3/8 inches deep.

Get beautiful results when using this sugar skull mold with resin.  Here's how:

Step 1:  Use a casting resin, which is a resin that allows bubbles to easily escape.

Step 2:  Decide if are going to color your resin or leave it see-through.  Let your ingenuity take over!

Step 3:  Make sure the sugar skull charm is fully hardened before peeling the mold away.

Sample sugar skull shown was made by dusting Pearl Ex pumpkin orange powder into the mold, then filling it with quick-curing casting resin.

Make sure your resin sugar skull releases from your mold easily.  Apply resin mold release thirty minutes or more before filling with resin.

Sample sugar skull shown is for demonstration purposes only and not included with purchase.  Color of the mold may vary.

This sugar skull mold for resin can ship worldwide!

cool but not level

The design of this mold is amazing, but when you pour the resin, it isn't level. I have been using a stir stick to raise one side. Maybe I just got a bad mold but I am disappointed because it really is a cool mold.

I LOVE this mold!! It's the perfect size. Going to use it for resin of course, but going to try it with polymer clay too!

Sugar skull

What a fun mold! I have only used it once for some extra resin I had left over from a project but I really love the results. I can't wait to try it out again and use different colors.
