Wine bottle rack

The mold was easy to use, however when the resin .was removed from the mold it left very sharp unfinished edges. I'm still working through how to deal with this. It may necessitate a second pour to produce a " dome" to mitigate the sharp edges..

HI Robert, we're so happy to hear you loved the mold. I'm sorry you had to deal with sharp edges. Unfortunately, this is one of the challenges of using resin in any mold. The resin wants to ride up the side of the mold and can leave an edge when demolding. The good news is that you're taking the right approach to fixing it. How do you create the perfect resin gift for the wine lover in your life?  This wine glass holder silicone mold lets you do just that.  The holder will carry two stemmed wine glasses over a wine bottle.  Showcase your resin creativity with this mold!  Wine glass holders made with this mold are perfect to include with a wine gift or make to sell at your next craft festival.

Wine glass holders made with this silicone mold measure 8 5/8 inches across by 4 1/4 inches wide by 1/4 inch thickness. The center is open 1 3/8 inches and the holes for the glass stem are open 5/8 inches.

How do you make a resin wine glass holder with this mold?

Step 1:  Accurately measure and thoroughly mix a hard-curing casting resin

Step 2:  Color the resin, then add to the mold in stripes of color.

Step 3:  Demold the wine glass holder and decorate a bottle of wine!

Wine glass holder shown was made with Resin Obsession super clear resin, Pearl Ex red russetPearl Ex antique gold, Resin Obsession opaque white pigment, and Alumidust bronze.  For the best results, we recommend one of our casting resins, which cure hard and won't bend under the weight of wine glasses.

To prolong mold life, we recommend using our Ultra 4 Parfilm Polyester paintable mold release.

Samples shown are not included with the purchase.  Your mold color may vary from the picture shown.

This silicone wine glass holder resin mold can ship worldwide!
